1. ACCOUNT CREATION & SHOPPING ONLINE
1.1 ACCOUNT CREATION
In order for you to make a purchase online, you will need to first create/register your account.
- Click the tab "My Account", located top right hand corner of site.
- This will direct you to the page where you can either login or register.
- Click on Register.
- Enter your first name, surname, Email & choose a password (Keep your password secret).
- Click create.
- You will receive an Email confirming your account.
1.2 DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Open "my Account".
- Top right hand corner of site click "Add your New Address".
- Please fill in your information as accurately as possible.
- You are now ready to shop!
- In order purchase a product, click the "Add to cart" button. (You may add as many products as you want to the cart)
- Once you are ready to checkout, click the "checkout" button on the popup, or if you have added more to the cart, you can click on the top right hand corner "Cart".
- This will take you to the Customer Information panel. Please make sure the information you entered is correct.
- Once you are ready, click the button "Continue to shipping method".
- You will enter an overview of your details. Click "continue to payment method".
- Enter your credit card information then click next. You will then have completed the transaction.
- You will receive an Email with your Invoice.

- Should Luxury Taps reduce its price on any shipped products within the 10 days working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online, in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready!
