Return Policy

1. RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact Luxury Taps and we will instruct you further.

2. LUXURY TAPS GENERAL OVERVIEW ON RETURNS:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (H2FLO Exempt). 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    2.1 REFUND CONFIRMATION (IF APPLICABLE)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    2.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@luxurytaps.co.za.

    2.3 PLEASE NOTE

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Returns must be pre-authorised and are returned to the original shipping centre.
    • Luxury Taps will charge a 15% handling fee.

    2.4 EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luxurytaps.co.za and we will instruct you further.

    3. BRAND POLICY:

    Each brand has unique qualifying criteria on returns. 

    3.1. CONCERNS FRANKE:

    The below return policy applied to Franke only.

    3.1.1 RETURN APPROVAL SUBJECT TO: 

    • Products were supplied by Franke.
    • Products are not discontinued.
    • Goods have not been delivered to the customer more than 6 months ago (Approval subject to senior management, 4 eye principle apply).
    • Products have not be installed.
    • Goods are in original packaging, no damage, dirt or customer labels/barcodes are on the packaging.
    • Products are not damaged and can be sold to another customer without any cleaning or work needed on the returned products. 
    • Franke representative has visited the customer and inspected the goods and advised the RSM of the condition of goods. 
    • An order has been received by Frank for the 15% handling charge.

    3.1.2 ON SALE

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    3.1.3 DISCONTINUED STOCK

    If an item is marked as discontinued, discontinued lines cannot be returned.

    3.2. CONCERNS H2FLO

    The below pointers are applicable to H2FLO with regards to refunds.

    3.2.1 QUALIFYING CRITERIA ON RETURNS:

    • If items are purchased and the client wishes to return they may do so within 7 days after receiving stock.
    • The range the customer wants to return is an active/sellable range.
    • The items are complete and in excellent condition.
    • The packaging/box is in sellable condition.
    • No attempt at installing product..

    3.2.2 ON SALE

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    3.2.3 DISCONTINUED STOCK

    If an item is marked as discontinued, discontinued lines cannot be returned.

    3.3. CONCERNS PENNYWARE

    The below pointers are applicable to Pennyware with regards to refunds.

    3.3.1 QUALIFYING CRITERIA ON RETURNS:

    • If items are purchased and the client wishes to return they may do so within 7 days after receiving stock.
    • The range the customer wants to return is an active/sellable range.
    • The items are complete and in excellent condition.
    • The packaging/box is in sellable condition.
    • No attempt at installing the product.
    • Depending on fault Pennyware will either replace or service the product.

    3.3.2 ON SALE

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    3.3.3 DISCONTINUED STOCK

    If an item is marked as discontinued, discontinued lines cannot be returned.

    3.4. CONCERNS GIOBELLA

    The below pointers are applicable to Giobella with regards to refunds.

    3.4.1 QUALIFYING CRITERIA ON RETURNS:

    • The items are complete and in excellent condition.
    • The packaging/box is in sellable condition.
    • No attempt at installing the product.

    3.4.2 ON SALE

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    3.4.3 DISCONTINUED STOCK

    If an item is marked as discontinued, discontinued lines cannot be returned.

    3.5. CONCERNS MACNEIL

    The below pointers are applicable to Giobella with regards to refunds.

    3.5.1 QUALIFYING CRITERIA ON RETURNS:

    • The items are complete and in excellent condition.
    • The packaging/box is in sellable condition.
    • No attempt at installing the product.

    3.5.2 ON SALE

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    3.5.3 DISCONTINUED STOCK

    If an item is marked as discontinued, discontinued lines cannot be returned.
